Paige gets a bad vide from a disused-looking house. Is this her Detect evil sense kicking in, or is she just subconsciously unhappy about the owner's lack of interest in decor?
The owner is a cute guy named Finn flirts with young women, and brings them home. His crazy uncle (Robert Englund - Nightmare on Elm Street ) has plans for them.
Phoebe flunks a job interview, so she goes investigate the house alone.
Piper's club, P3, gets redecorated. It also gets a name change. Piper is naturally stressed by this. The fact that Leo constantly validates Paige's rebellious nature does not make things any easier for Piper.

Unlike the similar ep in Buffy, Season 6 , this ep suffers from being an Aaron Spelling production. His shows have a rule that you must be able to tell exactly what the plot is, no matter what point of the ep you start watching at. In other words, there is no depth or complexity of story, and every character is exactly what they look like.

Cole is still part-Latino, I mean Demon, on his mother's side. The KKK sisters want to excise his racially impure heritage. Of course, Cole is the only decent character in the show.
There's a Belthazor wannabe in town. A rival demon is killing off witches. He's copying Cole's MO, and wants to replace Cole in the demon hierarchy. The real Belthazor wants to be all human, so he can marry Alyssa Milano .

The warlocks are getting tired of being dominated by the Demons. One of them has decided to start a rebellion - the Underworld is ripe for civil war. He captures Muses in his magic ring.
Meanwhile, Cole has problems of his own. He's trying to adapt to being human - he also has a conscience, poor thing - but Phoebe won't agree to marry him yet. They took away his superpowers, and won't let him carry a gun. Even Buffy has sharp sticks!
The Sisters get help from Melody the Muse. Meanwhile, Cole and Leo snoop around the Underworld, and meet Cole's old buddies the Circle of the Black Thorn. They were later re-hired as last-minute villains in the (anti-) climax of Angel: Season 5 .
