Deathstalker Destiny
Simon R. Green
gives us a well thought-out Space Opera that is filled with great ideas.
However, a couple of things should be noted.
Firstly, this is the last book of the series. Not only have lots of
interesting and important things already happened,
but this book merely ties up all the loose ends.
Worse, the author's writing style is reminiscent of that of
Kevin J. Anderson
. He seems to have forgotten the maxim show, don't tell.
