Megan Donovan ( Tennille Read ), a woman who looks just like Cindy Sampson , discovers that she is living in a haunted house. Then, in a visual homage to The Exorcist , she is visited by a Real Estate agent. He is Luke Roman (Tim Rozon - Wynonna Earp ), a specialist in turning haunted houses into saleable properties.
Luke also has a new employee, Susan Ireland ( Sarah Levy ). She functions as the audience's surrogate, so everyone gets exposition when it is needed.

Luke delegates a big client to the new employee, Susan Ireland ( Sarah Levy ). He is a horror writer who wants to rent a haunted house. Susan must team up with Zooey L'Enfant ( Savannah Basley ) in a chat that almost passes the Bechdel test. Both the boss and the client are male, after all. However, they are talking about their work.

A quadruple-platinum rap artiste buys a house. Luke's team recently busted a ghost there, but it turns out there may be another ghost. The place as once a Cortana House, the Canadian equivalent of the Magdalene homes. Father Phil Orley (Adam Korson - ) explores the history of the Church he was once a priest in.
Luke Roman (Tim Rozon - Wynonna Earp ) has to confront his own loss of his mother at a young age.

Rita Weiss sends the team another case. This is linked to three deaths, all with penetrating eye injuries, which happened in different parts of the city. A Watchmaker demon is killing everyone on the guest list, in precisely the order they signed in. This leaves the demon susceptible to a paradox like Sadako Vs Kayako , although this is more like something out of Ocean's Thirteen .
Susan Ireland ( Sarah Levy ) tries and fails to get photos of the interior of a Fraternity house. Zooey L'Enfant ( Savannah Basley ) offers to do it, just to get one over on Susan. Their client is a disembodied voice on a phone, a ghost who wants them to exorcise the living.

Quarantine

The team have exorcised a house. Unfortunately the exorcism was not entirely successful. The team have to lock themselves in their office and work out which one of them is possessed.
Megan Donovan ( Tennille Read ) drops by to deliver essential supplies. Well, as a regular character she has to be in every episode. At least she is not just Luke's love interest, although that is basically why she gets pulled into this.
Susan Ireland ( Sarah Levy ) is in a rush to get out, because she is about to be given a lifetime achievement award at a special ceremony that night. Her ex-boss, who is also her ex-lover, will be in attendance.
The finale seems too good to be true. To be continued next week.

Luke Roman (Tim Rozon - Wynonna Earp ) thinks he has been dumped, so he goes to clear out a haunted house by himself. The others have to go looking for him, and they end up trapped there as their teenage selves.
Susan Ireland ( Sarah Levy ) gets a call from Megan Donovan ( Tennille Read ), who needs help. This is a follow-up to the previous episode. Luckily Susan is a telekinetic, not just a pyrokinetic.

Susan Ireland ( Sarah Levy ) attends the bridal shower of her never-mentioned-before best friend, Priya, who is about to marry Leon Baptiste. Leon's wheelchair-bound Aunt Ruby is also living there. Perhaps she has something to do with the curse on Priya.
A couple of episodes ago, Luke's company was exposed by the media. As a result, they have lost a lot of clients. Rita Weiss gives Luke six properties to sell. She realises that his company is essential to the smooth running of the local realty market, since he is the only one who can manage the unmanageable.
Megan Donovan ( Tennille Read ) finally leaves her haunted house. Possibly as a result of the ghosts on the CCTV camera last week. Her house seems to be the epicentre of Ruby's properties. Augie (Maurice Dean Wint - Cube 2 ) goes round to investigate.

The House Always Wins

Luke Roman (Tim Rozon - Wynonna Earp ) gets nursed by Megan Donovan ( Tennille Read ). The good news is, she is a medical student. The bad news is that she has to put her education first.
Susan Ireland ( Sarah Levy ) and the others try to rescue Augie (Maurice Dean Wint - Cube 2 ). They get into the house through a bootlegger tunnel, but they run into ghosts of their nearest and dearest. Not people who have actually been in previous storylines, so the audience has no emotional connection with them. While the characters might get their subplots tied up, these are not subplots that the audience was privy to.
Luke confronts his mother's ghost, and gets a lot of exposition. His connection to the afterlife is because he has a tie to a dead twin sister he never knew he had. Meanwhile, Susan is the one who does the pro-active work. After all, her superpower can apparently let her become a humanoid acetylene torch whenever she needs to be.
