They are the first people to have entered it in five hundred years,
so they have a lot to get used to.
Chidi meets one of his childhood heroes - Hypatia of Alexandria (

She lets them know that things are not exactly what they expected.
After sorting out everything else in the universe,
the gang now have to sort out the Good Place.

When You're Ready (60 min)

The guys have been hanging out in the Good Place
for thousands of Jeremy Bearimys.
Eventually, they drift apart and end up wanting different things.
This is all a bit depressing.
It is always nice to see a show that has a proper ending,
but since this one concerns the afterlife
there are a limited number of ways things can turn out.
The result is something similar to the ending of
Vampire Diaries
, but at least that show tied things up in the final act
rather than taking sixty whole minutes to do it.
