The Protagonist Stephen (Robbie Amell - The Flash ) is at a party when he accidentally reads a girl's surface thoughts. He thinks she is going to kill herself, and he has to decide the best way to save her. Everyone on both sides tells him not to get involved. Ultra stages an attack on the kids. But despite having advantages like suprise, professional training and lots of firepower, will the Secret Agents be defeated by a handful of children who are unable to use their superpowers?

    Shown 04/Dec/13

Russell (Aaron Yoo - Friday the 13th (2009) ) and Cara ( Peyton List ) break into Jedekiah’s bedroom to read his mind. Predictably things go wrong – even more wring than usual. Jedekiah (Mark Pellegrino - Supernatural, Lost ) wakes up, beats Russell up ... then gets accidentally transported back to the TPs’ secret lair.

With Jed out of the picture, his boss The Founder (Simon Merrells – Spartacus: War of the Damned ) must turn up in person and coordinate the search. He cannot kill rude underlings, so he has a human minion do it for him. Yes, he has all the villain clichés (even down to the goatee beard).

The Teeps discover Jed’s one weakness – Madison ( Carly Pope ). They try to use her as leverage.

The Teeps must search for a scientist who used to work with Stephen's father.

Tomorrow People (2013) Tomorrow People (2013) [Season 1, Episode 12] Sitting Ducks
    Shown 29/Jan/14

We start with some phoney jeopardy. The hero's gal-pal goes to an audition, and some MIBs ask her to stand on Lethal Weapon 2 plastic. Naturally, the real story starts many hours earlier.

The hero's buxom blonde rival Hillary ( Alexa Vega ) rats him out to Jedekiah (Mark Pellegrino - Supernatural, Lost ). Despite having a personal reason for helping the TPs, he has to obey his boss and follow protocol. The gal-pal is targeted for assassination. The TP former leader, John (Luke Mitchell - Agents of SHIELD ), is shadowing her. Will Ultra get them both, or will Cara ( Peyton List ) rescue them, possibly getting caught too?

There is also a pre-teen Ultra agent who gets caught up in Jed's dragnet. The kid used his powers to save a friend. Now the friend has to be permanently silenced.

The hero himself gets taken on a camping trip with his mother, his annoying (spot the cliché) kid brother and their mother's new boyfriend. The newcomer is mysterious, having moved city and changed his name in recent years. He also exhibits telekinesis. Our hero pushes things, and gets a talking-to from his mother. She claims to have protected him, although she did seem remarkably clueless about Jedekiah.

The Founder (Simon Merrells – Spartacus: War of the Damned ) gives him a special job - locate his daughter ( Serinda Swan ), who has been using her powers in public. The hero's buxom blonde rival Hillary ( Alexa Vega ) is nowhere to be seen. Presumably we cannot have two babelicious guest-stars in the same episode.

Cara ( Peyton List ) and the others are hiding Stephen's gal-pal until Ultra can be persuaded to cancel the kill-order on her. Jedekiah (Mark Pellegrino - Supernatural, Lost ) will not make an exception for her, but to be fair he had to fake his own girlfriend's murder.

    Shown 26/Feb/14

Cara ( Peyton List ) and Russell (Aaron Yoo - Friday the 13th (2009) ) the Chinese guy go after the hitman's money. John (Luke Mitchell - Agents of SHIELD ) crashes at Stephen (the hero)'s place, keeping the gal-pal company and staying out of sight.

Tomorrow People (2013) Tomorrow People (2013) [Season 1, Episode 15] Enemy of My Enemy
    Shown 05/Mar/14

The hero's buxom blonde rival Hillary ( Alexa Vega ) is nowhere to be seen. Instead, Jedekiah's new weapon is Julian - the sadistically almost-murderous psychopath who escaped a couple of episodes ago.

John (Luke Mitchell - Agents of SHIELD ) is still hanging out at Stephen's home, although Stephen's real family are nowhere to be seen. However, Stephen's gal-pal from High School (yes, they are unconvincingly pretending to be teenagers) is back in town after Jedekiah (Mark Pellegrino - Supernatural, Lost ) cancelled the kill-order on her.

John is still exiled from the Tomorrow People. It seems to be a self-imposed exile, as Cara ( Peyton List ) claims she cannot force him to return. The little girl who escaped from Jedekiah's super-prison is still hanging around, pining for John to return.

The Teeps always claim that Jedekiah is murderous and inhuman. But they are completely cold-blooded when it comes to Julian's fate. And we never see what happens to his SWAT-team backup.

Tomorrow People (2013) Tomorrow People (2013) [Season 1, Episode 16] Superhero

The hero's buxom blonde rival Hillary ( Alexa Vega ) is intent on killing the superheroine, as Ultra demands. The Chinese-American Teep, on the other hand, recognises the stranger's MO from his time as a high roller in Vegas. He wants to follow her example, openly using superpowers to do good.

The Teeps have been hiding Madison ( Carly Pope ), but have totally failed to take advantage of her presence. They could easily have blackmailed Jedekiah into giving up all his secrets, for fear the Founder (Simon Merrells – Spartacus: War of the Damned ) would learn that Jed did not murder her. Instead, Ms Pope takes it upon herself to seduce her boyfriend so she can steal his secrets. In keeping with the show's ambivalent attitude towards sex, she wears her nightgown over her underwear.

Tomorrow People (2013) Tomorrow People (2013) [Season 1, Episode 17] Endgame
    Shown 24/Mar/14

Since Stephen (Robbie Amell - The Flash ) has uncovered Jedekiah's secret, Jedekiah (Mark Pellegrino - Supernatural, Lost ) takes him into his confidence and tells him the plan. Firstly, they must bust Cassie ( Serinda Swan , from Breakout Kings) out of the secret prison. Then they must get John (Luke Mitchell - Agents of SHIELD ) to kill the Founder (Simon Merrells – Spartacus: War of the Damned ).

The problem is, Jedekiah is such a cartoonish villain that it is almost impossible to be lieve a word he says. When lumbered with a fact like this, the Founder (Simon Merrells – Spartacus: War of the Damned ) actually has a chance of talking his way out of it. It turns out his real name is Mr Bathory - yes, like in Countess Dracula !

Cara ( Peyton List ) is distracted because there is a new breakout in town - her younger sister! Unfortunately, the girl is horrified to discover that she shares her sister's superpowers and life of adventure. Instead, little sister wants to be a ballerina.

She and Hillary end up in a catfight, while Stephen and John (Luke Mitchell - Agents of SHIELD ) must fight in order to save Stephen's cover.

Jedekiah (Mark Pellegrino - Supernatural, Lost ) is on the run, although he has not run very far. Instead of leaving town, he stays near his brother - as well as Stephen and his family.

John (Luke Mitchell - Agents of SHIELD ) and Jedekiah (Mark Pellegrino - Supernatural, Lost ) both begin self-destructive spirals due to their sense of guilt about what happened to Roger. Luckily, he is able to see the big picture, and is grateful for them keeping him safe from the Founder (Simon Merrells – Spartacus: War of the Damned ). And he will need them both if he is to take on Ultra.

Just like Jed’s superpowers, which he will eventually reject (when it is most convenient to the plot).

The Founder (Simon Merrells – Spartacus: War of the Damned ) has mass-produced the Killer-DNA serum, and given it to a SWAT team of superpowered agents. The Teeps, however, so not go into battle en mass – perhaps for the best, because the majority of them turned traitor and helped Russell (Aaron Yoo - Friday the 13th (2009) ) sell out their Messiah.
